Dress well when you go on an interview. The best advice is to ‘dress as a boss’. Go in dressed as if you are the boss of the person in the position you want. This can be a great way to stand apart from the pack in any interview setting, and shows you are serious about the job.

If you are looking for a job, the most important thing to remember is to stick with it. Treat it like you have the job of looking for a job! Dedicate a set number of hours to it every day so that you can really focus on it. That way, you’ll get a job sooner.

Make sure that you send a thank you note to all of the people that have given you interviews. Sometimes people choose other candidates, but they will keep you in mind for future positions just because you are courteous. Send the note a day or two after the interview so they can remember who you are.
